Our Group currently consists of seven subsidiaries and is active in a wide variety of industries from mechanical engineering, chemicals and pharmaceuticals to food and packaging. Together, these companies with around 3,000 employees have generated a turnover of more than €500 million.
Our subsidiaries are active worldwide and are represented in all of the large economic regions. ADCURAM companies have subsidiaries and factories in North America (the USA and Canada), South America (Argentina and Peru), Western Europe (Germany, France, Belgium, the Netherlands, the UK, Spain and Italy), Eastern Europe (Hungary, Croatia, Poland and Russia) and Asia (China and India). They feature premium market positioning and have a leading technology and product range in their respective markets.
Our companies serve a broad spectrum of customers. For example, ADCURAM subsidiaries maintain long-term partnerships with leading automobile manufacturers, international beverage corporations, the largest manufacturers of household appliances and globally active pharmaceutical corporations, as well as owner-operated furniture manufacturers and medium-sized food producers.
Five of the seven ADCURAM subsidiaries used to be part of large corporations. Renowned companies like Bayer, Dow Chemical, Schott and DSM have all sold parts of their corporations to ADCURAM. Each subsidiary operates independently. An overview of our subsidiaries is given in the following pages.
